Instruction: 1. Mold the thermoplastic trays Bring about 4 inches of water to a boil and remove from heat for 6-7 minutes Submerge one tray into the hot water(70° C) for10-12 seconds until tray appears to soften Place the tray into your mouth covering your upper teeth. close your mouth and suck all air and excess water between tray and teeth Gently push the tray into your teeth by pushing your upper lip with your fingers Wait 10-15 seconds before removing tray from mouth Place tray into a cup of cold water for 10 seconds to complete curing process. Repeat for lower mouth tray. 2. Trim the tray to correct height After molding the trays, use scissors to cut any excess from the tops of the trays at the gum-line Trimming the trays at the gum-line will avoid any possible soft tissue irritation caused by whitening 3. Fill the trays and whiten teeth Place 0.5ml teeth whitening gel on each impression on the trays (DO NOT OVERLOAD) Place the trays into your mouth and seat properly into the teeth impressions Gently push the trays into your teeth by pushing on your lip with your fingers After 20 minutes, remove the trays and rinse your mouth. Note: the blue gel is use for making up the mineral lost and lessen sensitive issue in treatment, the transparent ones are for whitening, not mix the two different gel together.
